PLEASE NOTE: The condensed format for the skills session is designed and intended for those who are familiar and comfortable with the skills of BLS.  If you have never taken a BLS class or do not use these skills regularly, we strongly encourage attendance at a traditional classroom course.

HeartCode BLS uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students BLS knowledge and skills.

 For American Heart Association courses that include psychomotor skills such as CPR, students must complete an in-person skills practice and testing session to obtain an AHA course completion card. With AHA Blended Learning, the skills practice and skills test are taken together during a Hands-on Skills Session after the student completes the eLearning portion online.

This is the BLS Hands-On Session.  You must complete the AHA BLS Heartcode online session before attending this session.  If you do not have an access key to the Heartcode online, you can add it here.

You must bring your completed AHA BLS Heartcode certificate to class.  If you arrive without the online part 1 completed you will not be able to complete your skills session and will be required to reschedule (fee applies).

If you add on a keycode, it can take up to 24 hours to receive the access key.  Please plan accordingly.
