Blended PALS Skills Session

PLEASE NOTE: The condensed format for the skills session is designed and intended for those who are familiar and comfortable with the skills of PALS.  If you have never taken a PALS class or do not use these skills regularly, we strongly encourage attendance at a traditional classroom course.

HeartCode PALS uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students PALS knowledge and skills.  Due to the intenstive and fast-paced nature of the skills session, this format is not suggested for first-time students.

Heartcode PALS is also available as "PALS Plus", Pediatric advanced life support course designed for experienced pediatric healthcare providers seeking advanced educational content beyond the standard PALS Provider curriculum.  For the PALS Plus, you must complete the Heartcode PALS and at least 6 additional optional modules (you can select the PALS Plus Keycode option below for this format.)

With AHA Blended Learning, the skills practice and skills test are taken together during a Hands-on Skills Session after the student completes the eLearning portion online.

This is the PALS Hands-On Session.  You must order and complete the  AHA PALS Heartcode online session before attending this session.  If you do not have an access key to tthe Heartcode online, you can add it here.  

Bring your completed AHA PALS Heartcode certificate to class.

If you add on a keycode, it can take up to 24 hours to receive the access key.  Please plan accordingly.

 Your Heartcode Part 1 certificate cannot be dated more than 60 days prior to your skills session.
